» In Explore Stores I do not see any stores. I can see only text like Sweets. Why is it so?

When will my Order arrive?
Orders placed at Storrz before 12:00pm will be delivered the same day and the ones placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the following working day.
This is only applicable to people residing in Bangalore. People residing in other cities will receive their orders the following working day.

How can I make sure that the delivery will be made next day?
You can always call us on the numbers listed to confirm the status of your orders.

Can I get Instant Delivery?
Currently Storrz does not offer instant delivery. Deliveries are generally done the next working day between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm

What can I do if the goods delivered are not in satisfactory condition?
If you have any issues with your purchase you can call us on the phone numbers mentioned and we will respond to your queries within 24hours

Why is there a Minimum order limit for a Store?
Every store in Storrz has a minimum order quantity. This allows the stores to serve you more efficiently. This quantity is decided by the serving store.

Can I mention when I would like to receive my Order?
Currently we do not make delivery at specific times. Generally Your orders are delivered to between 11 am and 7 pm the next working day. Our Delivery person will contact you before coming over.

What if I am not present at the time of delivery?
Our delivery person will call you before arriving at your delivery address. In case you are not present at the given address we will attempt to make another delivery the same day after which the order can be cancelled.

Will I be charged extra for the second visit?
No, we do not charge extra for the second visit .

Why does the page show "Can't Checkout"?

This happens in the following cases
Case 1: The items shopped are below the minimum order limit of the store.
Solution: Well ,you will have to shop for the minimum quantity

Case 2: You have not logged into the system
Solution: The system requires that you login to your account before completing the shopping.
If you do not have an account then you can click on "switch to signup" link and signup. Its easy all you need is an Email-Id and a password.

What does Track Order show?
Track Order shows all the items that you had purchased in your last visit. This allows you to save your shopping time.
All you need to do is add the required items directly to your shopping cart in one click.

How can I check the status of my order?
  1. Visit http://www.storrz.com
  2. Click on customers link at the bottom of the page.
  3. In the customers page click on the Track Order Tab.
  4. Provide your UserID and Password that you had used while placing your order.
  5. Click on Submit.
You will be shown a history of all the orders that you have placed along with their status.

Are Groceries Delivered to My Area?
At present groceries are delivered only in Bangalore.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
The delivery charges will be displayed along with the purchase made at the time of checkout
and there would not be any other extra charges! The delivery charges are calculated per order and not per product.

Do I need to Login to browse or begin shopping?
No. You can browse through the site without logging in. It is only required to complete your shopping!

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, every order processed will receive an SMS confirmation containing your Order Information. You will also receive a call before the delivery team sets out to deliver your order!

Can I get in touch with the Customer Service any time in the day?
You can get in touch with the Support Staff at these times:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm

What if the groceries delivered are not in good condition?
Storrz has a “No Questions Asked Returned Policy”. But the grocery items have to be checked at the time of delivery and if any discrepancy is found you can get a replacement for that particular item.

MyFriends lists the friends of a particular customer.

FollowedLists lists the “lists of your friends or other users” you had come across on Storrz social.

In Explore Stores I do not see any stores. I can see only text like Sweets. Why is it so?
The reason for the above is that the store has been hidden. If you see a “+” sign to the right it means that you need to click on it to unhide the stores. Just click on the “+” or “-” to experiment with it’s working.

What does Credit Stand for?
Credit is equivalent to cash in the Storrz.com Online Shopping Mall!
If you have a credit of 100 it means that you can shop for Rs.100/- at Storrz.com
