- DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery for the products shall be done by JustOnDemand. There shall be a minimum
time period of 24 (twenty four) hours before the product ordered online can be delivered
to you. For orders placed before 6:00 am, JustOnDemand shall try to deliver the
products on the same day. Deliveries may be delayed due to either one the following
circumstances:
1 The Retailer may not have in their stock the products ordered.
2 Due to force majure events like heavy rain, flood, Bandh, riots etc.
3 In case of very high volume of delivery.
4 During festival seasons.
- RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from JustOnDemand are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier. JustOnDemand shall not be liable for damages incurred on perishable
goods.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders placed and for which payment has been credited cannot be cancelled. JustOnDemand
can cancel the order in the event that the products ordered are not available.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
JustOnDemand and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However,
JustOnDemand does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this
